1. Old vinegar of sugarcane added (10-20 grams) to a glass of water . This water drink daily as a AYURVEDIC medicine , follow reguraly 6 months . Then decreases the weight naturally without any side effects. Your body will be ligth and muscular . 

2. Drinking of a glass  250 grams water including LEMON in it at morning before break fast and at noon drinking of 125 ml of water with HONEY, will reduce your weight .
